The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) promotes the safe and effective use of powered access worldwide.

Awarded P.A.L card and licensed to catagories 30 + 3b, West Lothian Handyman is Licensed to use mobile elevated work platforms whch include scissor lifts and cherry pickers. We can be hired to operate such machinery where access at height is required. We can operate the machinery with a person on board to carry out maintenance or we could even do the maintenance work for you.

This qualification was awarded,  and certificate issued by the Scottish Qualification Authority and Scottish Building Apprenticeship and Training Council (SBATC).
